RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

I have been tinkering with 3D printing a while now and I discovered that I love adapting designs I find (or buy) to printing 1:16 tanks. So far not really RC models, just static ones. Also, my interest is more the smaller, earlier German tanks from WW2 rather than Panthers, Tigers or King Tigers. But that's just a focus point for immediate future priorities, my interests are pretty wide.

Welcome. I do a lot of 3D printing of tanks and tank parts, but mostly to support my RC tanks. I don't really build static ones anymore. We do have an entire list of 3D printed vehicles available that we know about and it's constantly being updated:

Hi, Welcome to the Forum
Your interest in early German armour gives you the chance to reprint the Panzer 11 suspension as many times as the factory rebuilt and redesigned the original

I agree, the early war German (and French, British, Russian, Japanese, etc.) tanks are the coolest. Takom has released PZ I and II kits in 1/16 that have been RC'd by some craftsmen on here. Check them out for ideas, you might be RC'ing your prints earlier than you think!

Thx! I have these (and others), both for future reference and because of the nice box art. I installed an additional shelf just for that

Wow! That list is solid gold. I see projects for the next 15 years in there!

oh yeah! The Hobby Boss 38(t)! That will be a good project.
