Flash, Smoke and a BB Heng Long Tiger 7.0 board

I wanted Flash and Smoke, in our HL Tiger with 7.0 board but my grandson wanted to fire BB's, could not see that this has been done, so safter buying the Flash Smoke kit and just looking at the Tiger, it was dismantle time. I thought that that the LED may just fit if I made a recess at the end to the barrel and ran the tires in a recess that i would make under the bottom of the barrel. After stripping it all down, lots of labels and pictures to make sure it all went back in the right way this is what I did.
Stage 1. ATTACK OF THE DREMMEL Ground out enough tog the muzzle to fit the LED in without it interfering with the exit of the BB. Ran a channel down the barrel to fit the wire in, it does not need to go all the way down , because as the barrel gets larger the wire will fit through. Ince in place i glued the LED in, and the fillered up the muzzle and under the barrel, once dry a bit of sanding. I may have been a bit cautious on the depth of the LED as it is a little proud, so aficionado's please don't moan at me, its not a big deal for me and the grandson!
Stage 2 - SMOKE IT - There are two screws that hold the mantlet assembly to the Firing Mechanism. I put the steel tube back in and use the screw on the side that the elevation unit sits on to hold it in place. Then using a drill a 3.3 drill, went all the way through the mantlet, firing mechanism and metal barrel. Before disassembly i threaded it all M4 (thats the thread on the threaded nipple) Disassembled and bedurred, cleaned the inside of the barrel to make sure no debris. Reassembled and checked nothing was poking out. Test fired and.......... Band, one BB went bouncing around the room.
Step 3 ENTRAILS - The smoke unit fitted nicely onto two of the unused posts, used some tube so that the smoke tank can be filled up through the Cupola, the fan motor sits just under part of the elevation unit. Plugged everything back in and test.... IT WORKS, Flash, Smoke and a firing BB
Step 4 SPAGHETTI WIRES,, the two wire from the control unit goes to CN5 and LED 1 (with the yellow wire going to the negative)
Will post up a video soon, but just got to go and play as I am feeling pretty chuffed with my first modification
