I was poking around YOUTUBE and found this:

Did anyone here attend?

Do they still have it?

It's something I would like to check out.
Only a few hour drive for me.

All went when the museum shut down. Apparently somebody took all the scenery away with the intent of setting up somewhere else, but I haven't heard anything more for a while now.

Some Potato Quality footage from my trip in 2011:

Too bad.

I hear about meets in GB, Spain, Germany but never heard of anything in the USA.

If anyone does (esp. in the NYC/ Philly area), kindly communicate.

A lot of the permanent battlefields have shutdown due to various reasons. If I were to buy some land out in the country here in Texas, I would definitely build a battlefield. Land here just keeps skyrocketing though. The guys in Colorado lost their field and been looking for another site. I think the San Diego club just a new place to battle, but it isn't built up yet.

I don’t think there’s another RC tanker within 150 miles of my house in Wolf Lake, IL. I do have enough property for a good battlefield though. I should build a small one for personal use and photo backgrounds.

It's 441 miles, Jimster. Illinois got stretched out north-south by the glaciers. ;)

Our field at Kitchener, Ontario is probably the largest on the east coast now. Here is a video:

We used to have Americans from Ohio and Upper New York State to come to our meet.
