any one know whether this system from asiatam can be modified to fit into a matorro King Tiger

To be honest I can't see why not. You can get almost any recoil System to fit in that nice big turret. But to be frank the elevation on the Asiatam system is a bit poor ( limited travel ) the actual recoil is nice though with a sharp snap back and slower return. I would be tempted to lose the elevation side of the system ( cut it off ) and just mount the recoil part and use the existing matorro elevation system with a jury rigged arm for the cam. I have used the HL recoil in my KT but the recoil travel is to short. I do have a spare Asiatam recoil in my Panzer III turret HMMMMMMMM I will see what might be done

Well after work today checked out the Asiatam recoil fit in the Matorro turret and it would be a lot of work to get it to work. In all honesty I would rather get a Tamiya recoil and rig that to fit and at about £27.00 plus post the price is about the same as an Asiatam unit but a lot more robust ( the micro switch is shot in my recoil unit. ). There was a guy selling second hand Tiger 1 recoil units on here a few months ago I will have to chase him up for some. Hope this is of some help to you Militarymight
