Another "quick" project (in between the "slow" ones) ;) T-34/76 from Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant with pressed turret and commander's cupla.
- Forgebear resin 3D printed turret (ready with mechanisms)
- Taigen lower and upper hull
- Heng Long 7.0 board (no servos needed because the recoil is by solenoid)

Planned main visual modifications:
- replacement of fenders with early semi-circular ones
- changing the wheels to "full" ones from Trumpeter

The painting will be probably like this:

As for the turret, it was slightly damaged in transport (broken lifting mechanism). But I managed to fix it. Mechanical elements made of brittle resin are not a good solution.

The second turret I bought for my friend was in much worse condition, but he managed to repair it too. The cause of the damage was the stress on the barrel because the turret was squeezed in the box at an angle. In the future, a slightly larger box will be better.

Now all is working fine. The turret ring needs to be lowered a bit.

Seems a Pretty short recoil Mr K?
Nice bit of kit though, and well detailed externally.

Yes, the recoil is only about 5mm and it's very fast (in reality it looks better than in the video). But it doesn't bother me. I was most interested in the unique turret with the 76mm gun because most of the T-34s built are T-34/85.

And yes, the turret details are great. The hatches open, the periscopes rotate, There are also handles and plugs for the gun ports.

The recoil length should be 15mm. check the solenoid adjustment.
please show me a photo of the broken lifting mechanism. ABS-LIKE resin is used in their preparation. the strength is sufficient . the breakdown in your photo is absolutely not typical. it looks very much like an attempt to detach this part.

How do I do this? Is there any way to adjust this beyond those two screws?

I removed original small liting motor and installed Heng Long:

Both turrets was damaged in transport, loose parts of broken resin parts was in the boxes. But I am happy with the purchase, the quality of workmanship is very good.
