Hello fro the USA

Hello,

New member here. I have been modeling for over 50 years. I fly RC airplanes, helicopters and drones.
I have also been a scale plastic modeler since my youth.
I have become enamored with 1/16 RC tank modeling. I am in the process of researching to build a tank model.
I currently reside in 2 places. I am in Southern Alabama for the winter and spend the summer in Northern Michigan.
It looks like i have a substantial learning curve ahead, which excites me.
Currently interested in an M4 variant, and also learning some of the more sophisticated control units.
It seems like some of my experience with RC flight control systems might overlap.
I look forward to learning from people here.

A warm welcome to you Ozzietx. A couple choices are available to you. Start with RTR for VVSS or try and find a Tamiya M4 for HVSS, and build the variant of your choice (I've done a couple that way). Other options are 3D printing, or take one of the few static kits and R/C it. Lots of examples of all of these are in our Sherman and variant section: viewforum.php?f=158

There will be plenty of help here from the members, let us know if we can help. Again welcome aboard.
