A different M5 Stuart.

A friend of mine got a M5 Stuart tank, and he wanted to do something different with it. A recce one! So he removed the turret and placed two british soldiers inside.
Then, he brought it to me and requested me to upgrade the electronics and make it compatible with a his hobby grade radio, so I did this:
I had some fun working on it and there were several things to keep in mind. Even with hobby electronics, it was way too fast. I had to limit the top speed to a maximum of a 30% and still, it was faster than any of my vehicles.
Surprisingly, I never worked with the bread of gearboxes where one motor takes care of the driving and another of the steering until now, so I had some head scratching to fix the issue of reversed steering when going backwards, but nothing I couldn't fix just with the radio.
Besides that, not much more to mention besides the crew voice is my friend's original voice which we recorded.
It ended being a nice nimble little tank, it drives smoothly and the suspension works amazingly.
Now, it is my friend's time to finish building it and painting it, with my stencils.
