What uniform has my daughter bought?

I took my kids to we have ways fest. They had an amazing time. I gave them both £20... One of them came back with this uniform... I really don't know why... Or what it is! I am fairly sure it is russian... But russian what?

This could be a special uniform for the Russian athletes that were sponsored by the Russian military. Whereby the athletes wear the uniform when not competing, to promote the Russian military.

Another possibility is that this is a cadets uniform for a military academy, and the wearer competed in athletics.

Thanks so much guys. I am really not sure why she bought it and no Ed it does not fit her at all! I think she is thinking of dressing up, which is why I was keen to understand the origins of the jacket.

Разряд means class or rank, it seems to be III class, i saw on ebay also II. Maybe ask @Pavel for the uniform as I dont know and there a re many different ones
