Is this the one who, if he shot to the side, would fall? ;)

I don't think so, I think that was a Soviet KV whereas this is a strange one because it was an experimrntal Tank Destroyer based on a Centurion Mk3 sometime in the early 50s,
Why Haya are selling this puzzles me there can only have been a few built and it never saw combat,
Bit of a mystery.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

It's being sold as the surviving turret is being restored complete with a new hull for its debut at the upcoming Tankfest, it's even the star vehicle of the event.

Plus it's a meme tank from the World of Tanks game affectionately known as the "Sh*tbarn". I personally donated some money to the restoration of the real FV4005 which is supposed to get my name on the donor's plaque. Being here in the states, I'm not sure I'll ever get to see it in person. All of the donations were matched by Wargaming who owns World of Tanks. Inkor also has this tank destroyer available for 3D printing and has for quite some time. It's just such a ridiculous vehicle that it's cool...IMHO. :)

Uh oh, my wallet just jumped off the table and hid under the oven. The credit cards ran downstairs, and my bank says my password has been locked for an undeterimined amount of time.

The real one was parked on the corner as I left the museum car park a couple of years ago.

Anyway, have this to tickle your fancy.

I think I will stay with the HAYA Centurion as my next purchase followed by the new BATUS Chieftain Mk5 and the eagerly awaited Challenger 1 that may be in the future pipeline.....I would like them all (of course) but the modern British gun tanks need to come first! 👍

It was cool that I did catch my name on the back of Spud on the donors placard in that video. I had to pause the video and enlarge it, but it was there... :)
