Uploading pictures from an iMac or iPhone

Post by zooma »

Can anyone help me find a simple method of uploading pictures onto this site from either my iPhone or my iMac please?

I am not “tech savvy” but I can upload pictures directly from either my iPhone or my iMac onto other sites such as eBay etc easily enough, so maybe I need some sort of app to enable me to post pictures on here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Bob.

If you can download the Tapatalk all that really helps. I don't like it for browsing but it's great for posting

I downloaded Tapatalk on my iPad as I am away in the van at the mo, but it requires iOS13.0 or later and my iPad is too old to update to that version, so I will try again on my slightly newer iPhone or wait until I get back home and download it on my iMac.

This is how I do it. And I am the most inept person with technology. I will take the picture on on my iPhone, and either let it sync to the iPad, or airdrop to the iPad. I do not have an iMac, but I believe it is the same process.
Below is a box with attachments in bold.

Thanks meter rat - the above test is a picture of the Leopard that I have been working on in a carry cot that I made to carry it to the club in.

My first try at uploading with more than one picture:

Same tank in our local club hall - not sure about the script under each picture?

The photos are working just fine and the Leopard looks great! The script under the pictures shows up with some photo hosting sites and others it does not. I use Imgur and it does not include the view count/tally (which I kind of like).

👍
Working fine.
In case you don’t know, you can add content about your pictures in the box which says file comment.
The Leopard looks a cracker.
