I’m starting this, as I just wanted to say that the group build is working. And to thank everyone who has helped, and willingly shared information. It has certainly given me confidence to research and try new things.
Thank you, all.

Group build aside, I have had, and hope to continue to have, so much help from RCTW members in the Decade I've been here (yeah, 10 years) most of which I cannot ever repay.
I value every interaction, discussion and transaction like gold, as ya never know when things can change & that is gone.
Tis a great mob we áve ére !!

AGREED! Just last night I started to make a new wire cable (nasty mold line the length of it), for the top deck hatch on my KV-2 and up pops a discussion of making the paint stick. I never even thought of degreasing and burnishing for better adhesion! Plus I learned what "sugar soap" is!

Even though my skills are modest, I too, am learning with each feeble step on my Pershing build. When the idea for the winter build popped into my little noggin, I had hoped for cooperation. Suddenly many of you made it happen--and are still making it happen. Thank you all!

I couldn't agree More with Herr Dr. It's just such an awesome experience.

There are such great and sharing people here on the forum. It's been a hoot for this new member to develop relationships, collaborate ideas and skills with the more seasoned veterans. I was already having fun with RC tanks but this shot my new hobby into the stratosphere.

Thank you all!

I bought my first tank 3 years ago during the Covid imprisonment and discovered this forum at the same time. An incredible resource but I just lurked and learned and only joined to finally give back when I had a chance

I joined about 6 months after Mr. Bix and had no idea what I was doing. Every project I have built or am working on is a result of things I have learned here on RCTW. In the four months of the group builds I have picked up MANY tips, tricks and techniques to use going forward. So I extend a big thank you to all that share ideas on the forum.
