Conqueror!

Oh boy, much printing, such size, very time consuming...

I guess I should to 'get on down to the Discord' and see how others assembled this thing, as the concepts of 'assembly sequence' and 'tool access' seem to have been ignored prior to design release... :headbang:

I haven't seen one on the Discord server yet. I'm still trying to finish my printed tanks before I start on a Conq. So far I've printed the Comet, Hellcat, T-26, M113, Tortoise, E100, Jagdtiger E100 and T28 Super Heavy. Some of Inkor's designs leave a little to be desired as far as maintenance is concerned. I have to be careful not to glue to much together because if I do I might not be able to replace stuff like gearboxes if they break.

That beam holding up the rear deck louvres is a shining example of "this ain't coming out once it's in", and you ain't removing the gearboxes out past it unless you want to pull the whole bottom out.
(that beam is going to get held in place with magnets on mine)

I kinda have the same issue with the IS-4 gearboxes except they are completely below a very hard to remove deck panel.

Ok, a quick update as I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on this, and will likely have even less in the next few weeks...

Swing arms attached for now, but waiting on shorter screws:

Picked up a set of Taigen short shaft 4:1 gearboxes from Forgebear, not what the chassis was designed for, but I can make some additional mounting points from Miliput..

Tis a tight squeeze but it looks like it was designed for that drivetrain!
