Hi, does anyone know if there are a set of Hetzer sounds for ibu2. Looking for some more appropriate sounds.

I'd just be happy with a Hetzer...............sound optional !!!!!

I know about this selection of sound files, sadly no Hetzer specific sound file, but I'm sure one may be close enough?

The only other option is finding someone with a recording of a Hetzer.

Some petrol engine should be OK e.g. Sherman Ford GAA, Panzer III etc

It had an inlne 6 cylinder engine, so absolutely nothing like the exhaust cadence of a 60deg V8 Ford or Maybach V12...

I'd look for a panzer 2 sound set personally. Failing that you see if there was a sound set for the M16 halftrack (also an inline 6), though that may have more mechanical noise from the engine than you would expect from an engine inside a tank...

If you are feeling brave you could try to make your own from capturing the sounds from youtube video's - but be aware that a lot of the running hetzers are postwar Swiss G13's, which have an incredibly noisy air cooled diesel in place of the wartime petrol motor.

Edit: Elmod have a sound set for Pz38t, can the .wav files be used on IBU's?
