That's exciting, sorta £900 MSRP is painful when they were less than half that last time they were being made! It doesn't look like they're done any updates? Look forward to seeing more details though and it'll be good to have some of the discontinued spares back in stock

Tamiya should instead create partnerships to leverage their expertise in RC tanks (tubs, suspensions, gearbox, electronics...) with newer plastic upper hulls, turrets and detailing from Takom or Trumpeter. It would open up their market to more exciting models.

Glad to see they are still going to be doing 1/16 scale tanks. They have discontinued the Sherman and reissued it multiple times already - 1974, 1980, 1998, 2001, and now 2024.

Would have been great if they could have updated the electronics to the Sheridan/Centurion ones. Hopefully they re-release a few of the other discontinued tanks
