Oooh, there used to be smoked cod roe years ago, gosh was that superb, 100 times better than caviar. I got quite addicted to it as a teen lol.

Not grumpy at all. I thought I had a broad like for most foods (had a friend with an Okinawan mother who said try it first and then I'd find out what it was). But you two have mentioned a couple dishes that I'm not sure I could handle trying!
