Looks like a base for a good model. There will also be a version with metal tracks. I don't care much about the shortcomings since it is supposed to be twice as cheap as DKLM/OKMO :haha:

£300-£400? Similar to the centurion?

Probably. But basic version is closer to £200 e.g. in Germany.

Details are pretty basic, but a good base, and that's always cool to have new set of plastic tracks available for different project, the only thing that prevented me to build other Churchill was to buy again and again DKLMRC metal tracks, they are awesome, but they cost a lot and they take age to fine tune and assemble.

I'm going to buy one of those Tongde Churchill, I will probably just use the tracks, idler and sprocket wheel in the end but it will be already a big help.
Nice to see some new tanks showing up ! :)

The OKMO Churchill was already full of shortcoming, this one is very toyish, and when I say toy, toy for a 2-3 years kid :D

As it has been proven many times on this forum, any toy can be turned into a model. Not everyone have skills, tools and time to scratch build like you ;)

Indeed, but what I mean is that not a lot would be used if one wants to turn it into a nice model, nothing to do with skills, tools or time :)
What I mean is that it is not worth $200, it's way too toyish (look at the suspensions, the visible allen and philips screws... )
The tracks look very nice though, and only for that I applaud the effort, it opens a lot of new possibilities
, I can see a lot of AVRE's in the future ! :D

I've been crying for a Churchill for a long time. Perhaps a better one will come along, but as a base this will be a real help to me. Initially, I will be just thrilled to see a 1/16 Churchill readily available relatively inexpensively (provided I can get it to North America).
