I would like to Upgrade the Gearbox in my Heng long Tiger 1, I would be grateful for any suggestions and site where to buy,

Welcome Mr Smoky.
Seeing as you didn't say, I will presume your are in the UK. If so, get steel gearboxes from Forgebeartanks. I would also buy the Taigen Plastic and Metal hull - IMHO the best combo for your HL Tiger build for durability. Dave and Julie at Forgebear give the best service in the hobby.

Be careful not to buy gearboxes with gears made of zinc alloy.

I couldn't agree more about Forgebear. I'm in the US and they provide excellent service and speedy delivery. The delivery I got recently arrived within 2 days of ordering.
