Many thanks to builders like Tankme, Artem RedArmy, Raminator, and Mr. Bix (also fuel tank supplier to the rich and famous), on the forum that kept my build going in the right direction with lots of accuracy and detail input, and other folks like Ecam, AdLav, Mr. Chef, Imcq11, et al that I've borrowed ideas and methods from shamelessly!

Very nice. When I first got back into this I was scared to paint a tank but having to get a Tamiya to get up and running in our club battles quickly ( at that time the Clark boards were back ordered) I had to do a paint job. I thought the easy way out at first would be to do a winter camo but to do it right I realized was beyond my scope. They can look pretty awful if not done properly. I still have never tried one. When they are done masterfully like your KV-2 they look amazing

And that thing that looks like a tired marigold on the crunched fuel tank is my attempt at a rag keeping the diesel in. It's not one of Mr. Bix's sweet tanks, but a crude print I did on my filament printer (plus some heat) that proves I need a resin model for such cool add-ons. Which I purchased recently...ahem.

That KV you have so patiently produced is nothing short of astounding Mr Coleman.
Every detail and resulting outcome is profoundly obvious, well thought out and very well executed.
The Marigold is a really cool effect, and suits the mood.

The real snow diorama might be the same snow we enjoyed (??) in Wisconsin on Thurs. 3/21/Fri. 3/22. My solution was to leave for a week on Marco, Island, Florida.
