Yeah, their turret is off that's why I use only bits from it. Like those MG holder rack:

Yeah that's the way to do. Dont know why to do with my turret (Im converting the kit to RC inlc tracks).
The Mato looks perfect once the cast texture sanded and with those extra details ! Not sure if you have a resin 3D printer but I saw some free files to get the I love kit more accurate. I think it was on thingiverse ?
Turret looks sexy in red oxyde primer !

I will swap loader's hatch with that from the kit. It have nice details. It will be shut as it is too fragile in open state for RC tank. I'm planning to have only commander visible anyway. Turret and gun after dry fit looks like that. Still some sanding and filling left. Also foundry marks will be added.

Yeah it's hard to buy Tamiya these days and Hooben E8 sucks. Well, firstly I want to have one of every ww2 front - already have Soviet Emcha, now making one from Western Europe (plus fictional from Kelly's Heroes). My friend is making two Polish M4A2 from Africa and Italy so probably Pacific Sherman will be next.
