I promised my youngest son to see if I could build him a tank so that he could sit inside and drive it after building my RC 1/6 scale Dragon Sherman.
I finally took up the challenge to 3D print him a Sherman Tank using the stl file I purchased from Luboš Hort. I had to enlarge it from 1/10 scale to 1/3 scale. Not as simple as I thought since the dimension changes as the STL file were enlarged using Cura slicer.
Here is the result of the Lower Chassis after 9 months of printing and many many days of screaming and cursing ...LOL. But from the look of my son's face, it is all worth it. Hoping to finish the upper hull and turret in near future.
