Hi,

Just for you Mr Estnische, the full exhaust.
Started to add the dual quad smoke grenade launchers.
Mr Bix, had to look up what a Lake pipe was....does look like a corvette side pipe. :haha:
Cheers.

LOL thanks Sub.

A bit of Australiana for those not familiar with Sydney culture - a 'Marrickville Mercedes' may not be a term you are familiar with. Marrickville is an inner-west suburb of Sydney, once popular with Greek immigrants without a lot of money to spare. Old Valiant Chryslers were also cheap - as seen in the movie 'Wog Boy'. All politically-incorrect these days of course.

You're a wizard, Sub! Each of your builds gets more impressive as you go. What scale is this? Everything looks so crisp!

Hi,
Thx for the interest.
Mr Raminator it's 1/10 scale, i worked out that 1/16 Walker Bulldog tracks were the same size as 1/10 Scimitar tracks, all you had to do was fit 2 pairs together for length and reverse fit the tracks, so as the widest part of the links faces backwards, like the real Scimitar tracks.

A bit more bodgery,

Turned up some fire extinguishers from Aluminium bar i had in stock then made and soldered together some brass rod for the handles, not finished yet but think they will do, these fit on the lower half of the turret, either side the main cannon, an interesting fact...well to me any hoo there is a debate about correct colour either red or green but from what i have been able to find out the green ones were made obsolete due the fumes they gave off and to comply with health and safety the red dry powder ones became the standard fitment on all British AFV's after a certain date, i have seen the red ones fitted inside green cover sleaves presumably for combat ops..
Regards.

Hi Mr Ecam.
Thank you, for your interest and comments.
Finally found time to finish the extinguishers off and fabricate some turret mounting brackets and added the handle safety pins, these will be mounted on the lower turret front, each side of the main cannon, think they turned out ok.
Cheers.
