Re: Panzwer III, Amewi
I like the bent fender. Was there a photo of a real one that you used as a model? Just wondering. I always appreciate the research that people put into these models.

I just wanted to create something different then the usual, out of the box look.
Looked at a lot of pics on the net, and it ended like the one I shared on here.

Looks fantastic Rob for such a low cost build. For the turret side hatches did you use after market hatches to make them open, John.

No John.
The entire turret comes from a Tauchpanzer, which has hatches that can be opened.
Mentioned that in the first post too.
So no aftermarket stuff, the usual Heng Long plastic hatches and they‘ll do the job just fine.
Cannot open/close them anyway due to the guys glued/sitting in the turret.
Which, to me, is no problem at all.

Bravo on the winter photos. You might say that the poor fellow in the side turret hatch is freezing his behind off.
(At the same time at my place in Wisconsin there were 14 inches/36 cm of snow followed by temperature down to -15F/-26C) with 35 mph/56 kph winds. Winter here, too, was late in arriving, but made a stupendous arrival.)
