Kaczor wrote: Tue Oct 03, 2023 5:55 am Great job so far. On my future M4A1 project i'm planning to use Taigen turret which is a little bit better in case of dimensions, I'm still waiting for the announced M4A1 plastic kits from Chinese manufacturers, maybe next year.
The Taigen one is nice, just so damned heavy!

I like 'em heavy... The heaviness makes them move more realistically IMO. Might be just me. I have big batteries so the extra weight doesn't affect runtime.

That's a cool change in the direction (or a field mod of your original plan).

Made a little progress using some detail parts from the AHHQ Sherman.

Kinda wished I’d stuck with the Andy’s turret completely but with it not fitting the cast hull I had a change of heart.

Awaiting Schumo light guard set before I can prime and check for any sanding to do.

.30 and .50 cal mounts on the turret roof ready for the machine guns.

Well, no Schumo stuff arrived but I have managed to prime and base coat the lower hull and turret!

.30 cal and .50 cal offered up to their new mounts.

Thank you - almost there but sadly still no Schumo parts which is why no progress has been made!

Have you placed an order? Schumo does not produce new parts until new orders come in.

Yes. Felix had the parts but they weren’t cleaned up for selling so he sent them back :(

They have a strange production policy for these parts. I recently waited 5 months. But it's worth it because they don't compare to plastic ones.
