I see ample "overspray" there, Mr. Chef. I happen to think that is likely quite accurate, and I prefer the feathered look. I wonder how to accomplish the sun-dappled look of the one in the photo. Perhaps set the pressure down a bit, stand back, and let 'er spit?

Haha yes sir Good Eye's! Working with the tools I have. Another member here, Lordludikrous demonstrated this method. I just carried the torch to my Panther-

After a lot of examining the photo above I find that it is painted with the MAN "Disc pattern" late war camo scheme. I've done lots of searching how to replicate it and at this point again an airbrush is necessary, which is not in the plans till this Christmas.
So I've resigned to "inspiration".
Now I'm considering a filter but not sure about that yet. I had used a grey filter on my Jagdpanther using the same base colors but I'm not sure I want to do that or use one of the tri color filters I have.
OR,
I picked up Jnewboys magic grime to try and it says it's a combo filter/panel liner. So again some new territory.
In the mean time I need to paint the barrel camo. But it's pouring out today.
