Taigen Multi-Direction Elevation Upgrade

My Taigen Tiger 1 finally shipped. While I still think it was the right choice after my HL debacle, I didn't realize that you only control whether the gun elevation cycles, not the actual direction of gun elevation.
I've got the airsoft version with recoil and want to keep that functionality. Is there an easy way to actually control the elevation with the left stick and keep the ability to fire? If I lose the ability to smoke on/off or fire machine gun, thats fine.
Or, will I need a gun upgrade and/or a new board? If I will need new parts or a board, please let me know what you'd suggest.
I already have a Spektrum DXe, but I'd be willing to get another transmitter as well if there's a better choice.
Thanks!

Hello, what kind of electronics do you have in your Tiger I ?

What do you mean? by preserving the real direction of the barrel?
Vertically: this is the elevation
Horizontally:
is it the rotation of the Turret? except for exceptions, on certain models, which have a casemate, Jagdtiger, jagdpanther, Elephant, etc. So no horizontal movements, except execption at Tamiya, for certain models.

Taigen is somewhat outdated in that regard (newer Heng Longs have this solved with separate buttor for firing a gun). One of the solutions is third party main baord (Beier, Elmod, Clark, IBU etc)

Did Taigen make provision for the use of one or two servo's on their latest boards?

From memory

There was a time, a cannon recoil by servo, installed on the side of the Tir Bille, but was not great (personal opinion)
I did not understand, exactly, what our friend wanted ?

Good question. I wonder how it looks like with their newest batches (those with barrel smoke). Also they sell servo board separately:

As soon as Taigen developed the V2 board with the separate sound module, the board was designed to be compatible with aftermarket transmitters. I am sure it's not as good a solution as full TX and RX conversion, but it's a start.

Taigen still have barrel elevation on a cycle, push left stick in one direction, wait for barrel to continuously go up and down till you have it how you want it. Not good.
Heng Long, push left stick forward and back for up and down, NO cycle. This good.

I may be talking nonsense? but if we reverse the two motor wires? would change anything?
or drive only by card? without other possibilities? In this case, Kaczor is right, replace the current electronics with the one he indicates, and from there everything will be possible
