The Heng Feng is not a Heng Long, its a bit of a hack job on a Matorro King Tiger Chassis - i.e. too short, and kinda weird looking as a result

If you look at it side on, it lacks the gap between the rear idler and the last road wheel that the JagdTiger has. They cheated on the length of the casemate to account for this missing length, and as a result the casemate is too short and square.
A more 'rivet counter' complaint would be that the engine deck is higher than the front compartment on the real thing, which this being an 'approximate looking casemate dumped on a standard King Tiger hull bodge job' lacks - most people wouldn't know about this until somebody told them tho...

Add to that list of complaints the old 27MHz electronics they came with (roughly equivalent to HL RX13 spec if memory serves?), the undersized power cables that at least in the Matorro KingTiger had a tendency to catch fire(!), and the toy 'racing' gearbox and the resulting 'powerbulge' in the lower glacis plate (also - zimmerit on the lower hull that should not be there), and its not the best.

Now, if Paddy looks at all that lot, and then decides that for his budget 150 quid + postage (+ probably rewiring it for modern HL electronics) still sounds better than stumping up the truly eye watering amount of money that the Taigen costs, then that is absolutely his choice to make. I'm just pointing out the issues with it so that he can make an informed decision here

Its not quite as bad as a Pantiger, but its probably the next worst on the market. Legend has it that it was released as 'Heng Feng' because Matorro was embarrased to put their name to it - not sure how true that actually is tho...
