My 1/6th scale tanks have really big motors and beefy ESCs. I'd say my KV-2 weighs in excess of 120lbs.

These are the 450W motors in their mounts (which slide front to back for chain tensioning):

I once sat on my 1/6th Stumtiger and it has smaller 350W motors and it was able to pull my 200lbs along with no issues. It did however bend some of the wheel axles so I never did that again... :)
