Hey guys.  I thought I'd already posted the news here but was told this morning I hadn't - sorry.

Henglong informed me that the Panther G will be ready to ship by the end of this month. They will be available in both IR and airsoft and will come in sand camo and green camo paint schemes. I'll add them to our site as soon as possible for those that are interested in pre-ordering theirs. As we've done with the last three model releases from HL, we'll have our initial order shipped via air freight.

I was also told I'd be receiving some additional images to share but that still hasn't happened.  Will post them as soon as I have them to share.

Thanks,

Bill

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the news, I feel an order may be coming your way!  ;D Do you have any idea of price and cost of shipping to the UK?
Cheers,
Rik

Hi Rik/Andy, et al,

The price will be $155 plus shipping.  The domestic shipping cost to the US will come in at $15-$20.  We'll be able to ship to the UK for $55-$60.  Once I get final weight and dimensions I'll be able to firm that up.

Now, before anyone hollers, we're having the initial orders air freighted in to us, hence the price point.  FYI, air freight shipping cost from the factory to us is anywhere from $45-$55 per tank, so that cost must be absorbed in the selling price.  As we did with the Stug III, and will eventually do with the Jagdpanther and KV-1, once these models arrive as part of container orders, the cost will be reduced, accordingly, as those additional monies won't have to be given to UPS, USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.  This simply gives those that don't want to wait the opportunity to get one as soon as they become available from the factory.

Perhaps Forgebear, MilitaryMight or Welsh Dragon will be offering them on your side of the pond, which should save you some of the shipping costs.

Cheers,

Bill
