Hi all,
My name is Michal.
I'm new to this forum but have been building models since I was young. Originally I only built static aircraft models. After a long enforced break, I got back into the hobby a few years ago and started to focus mainly on 1/16 scale RC tanks.
Although time for the hobby is in constant shortage in my case, I try to devote myself to it at least after a while. That's why my projects are counted in years rather than months or weeks

.
My first build after returning to the hobby was conversion of Trumpeter T-34/85 static kit into an RC tank. This is currently in the finishing stages, but there are still a few details to be worked out..
At the same time, I'm starting a new KV-2 project with an MT-1 turret now.
Regards, Michal

Michal, you live in what I consider one of the modeling capitals of the world. I wish I could travel to the Czech Republic to see the architecture---and the model shops

. It seems to me that you are doing quite well, and you will be an asset here on RCTW. Would you be willing and able to show some photos of your Trumpeter conversion?

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
As for a preview of my projects, I would be honored to share them with you.
I hope it will at least partially meet your expectations...
I suppose it would be better to start a separate thread for the demonstration.
What about to gradually upload the creation process until the actual form, if that would be satisfactory?
Can you possibly advise what category is best to put this thread in, as it is neither a Tamiya nor a HengLong build?
BR, Michal

Sure!

"Other Builds" is the best for that kind of mixtures.

Jak se máš, Michal? Whereabouts in the Czech Republic are you from? I was born in Australia but my family is originally from around Ostrava.
Glad to have you aboard, your work looks amazing!
