Life hack!
check the operation of ALL wheels, for many they do not work, loosen the screws, as soon as all the wheels move freely, then the tension will be enough so that the caterpillar does not fly off the cogwheel ...

That's wrong vehicle above, look rear idler, not the correct variant

I bought metal tracks...
10 minutes and the drive gear broke into atoms ..
its design turned out to be very fragile, I think to cut out the lining on the original plastic from steel .....

Might make a nice conversion into an MTLB, which I believe used the same chassis.
