Radiolink AT9s with Elmod

Hi all,
Bit of a strange one, im slowly getting there with programming my radiolink at9s with elmod fusion x board. However, one thing is alluding me. For whatever reason, if I push either stick forward, the gun fires and tank moves forward. I have no idea why and have tried all different settings on the transmitter but to no avail. Oddly, I have to also put the left stick into a reverse position (like a gearbox) before I can then reverse properly and brake using the right stick. That's definitely not the right settings but a cool feature. Any advice would be great thanks!
