Re: Tamiya Centurion
Sorry to see the track failure. Hopefully someone will come out with metal replacement tracks. Disappointing to see this when the cost of this kit?

Especially with the ever increasing lack of spares. Which makes me even less inclined to purchase any Tamiya kit.tankme wrote:Recent track failures on the Sheridan and now with the Centurion will definitely influence my decision to buy one.

Which beggars the question as to where Hayas Centurion tracks are being sourced and how good will they be ?
I think I am about to upset someone

Re: Tamiya Centurion
Lovely builds guys, I am happy to see that my usual SMDs will fit in the light housings, would love to know what kind of brake or convoy lights the Cent's had back in the day.
I just got word that Tamiya America has shipped the kits to the AAF Tank Museum so hopefully I should get a payment email in the next week and have my kit a few days later, so will do one of my usual unhinged maniac YouTube build series.
Keep up the good work!!

The factory has just closed for at least 2 weeks due to a Covid outbreak

Re: Tamiya Centurion
Very nice. We’ll wait and see.
Re: Tamiya Centurion
The tracks will certainly not be a special offer.
With shipping and import VAT, the costs are off the charts.
