1/16th Churchill Mk III
Here is a Churchill Mk III tank as used during the Dieppe raid of 1942. It was scratch built over a period of 2 months last summer.
The model has the following features;
- Scratch built Churchill Mk III chassis and turret
- Ludwig suspension, road wheels, modified gun barrel and track adjusters
- DKLM Metal tracks, 3D sprockets and Idlers
- Mato 5:1 panther gearbox
- Clark TK-60 control board
- Turret rotation, main gun servo elevation, servo recoil, flash and sound
- Coax machine gun flash and sound
- Bow machine gun servo horizontal movement, flash and sound
- DGS Tarr smoker and optional crew
- Optional air intake deep wading stacks
- Painted with Mig Ammo Khaki Green No 3 acrylic
- Home made decals created from upscaling 1/35 Echelon Dieppe decals with RAF letterings from Fantasy Printshop
