WSN Recoil - Wiring advice needed.

I am currently installing an Elmod board in a WSN T34. Everything functions as it should, but there is one thing not yet connected. This is the recoil.

I have had the unit running off a 6v power supply, so I know that the motor is ok, and that power goes through the microswitch (though the actual recoil hardly looks worth bothering with!  ::)

What I need to know is, where should the power be connected on the board?

Two wires off the microswitch.

Two wires off the recoil motor.

I am looking for 'how does the recoil work' and which route does the power take, rather than a description of HL/WSN wiring (that all went out of the window), this is a complete rewire job. I can hook up these wires to anything on the tank, I just need to know what is permanent live and what triggers the recoil etc

Hoping someone out there can tell me.  ???

Cheers

The microswitch is just to light the gun flash LED, you can by pass that and hook the LED directly to the flash output of te el-mod circuit.

The recoil motor you just have to connect to the el-mod recoil output and fiddle with the settings ??? I seem to recall that there is a setting for the WSN recoil (as opposed to the Tam) but I don't have my el-mod instructions to hand

Aha! Ok, the flash is already working as I have that wired into the 5 pin aux lighting socket.

I have read the manual on recoils etc, and though it refers to the WSN unit it doesn't say where to attach the wiring?

There are two 3 pin servo sockets, but as I only have 2 wires from the recoil motor I am guessing it isn't those? I tried the airsoft circuit but that didn't do anything at all.

What I can't figure out is how the recoil motor knows when to stop rotating, or does the Elmod board take care of that? I seem to recall that I can set the jumpers to sort something out, but as it doesn't work yet..I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Any ideas?
