What is rogue nations?

rogue nations is from what i can gather a tank build where you let your imagination run riot and use all the bits in your spare's box and create a tank that may have been or could be

Basically whatever you fancy

got me thinking about some of my spares lying around the place

it reminds me of the modernised Brazillian M41's, unfortunately I can't find a very good picture of the turret configuration 

so there is scope for me to put tracks on the model of the bismarck that i am making
what a tank that would make, 8, 15inch guns, and a whole rack of other guns & weapons, i think you would if that came at you . heres a couple of pic's, what do you think?,
