This section is for builds that are not strictly Tamiya or Heng Long. For instance, replacing the electronics from a WSN or Matorro, or even a scratch-build.

Thanks for your help.
I put a Taigen V3 in this tank, so I switch the wires round on the motors

unplug 1 motor from the mainboard put the wires to 1 side then unplug the second motor and plug it in where the 1st motor was plugged in then plug the 1st motor back into the 2nd slot see of that works

Sounds more like the polarities are the wrong way round.

The motor plugs that run from the motors to the MFU could be in the wrong spots.
Try swapping them over & see if that works.Unplug-plug back in to the different positions.
if not, each wire then will need to be unsoldered from the motor, tested fitted, test the operation then resoldering.

Hello Frank, If you dont want to solder you can swap the wires around in the white plugs,
there is a barbed pin on the silver connecter , if you push it down the wire will slide out of the plug.

Yes, if youre lucky that will be all it needs.
First up, just swap the plugs around & see how it goes.
