Hey guys,

I've been searching the web with no luck so far, I'm trying to find some photo-etched stencils and markings in 1:16 scale for WWII US tanks.

While I can make masks for the stars, I'm not sure about the serial numbers. I may try to 3D print some masks though.

I'm looking something like this (it's 1/35) : https://military.scale-model-kits.com/p ... 35547.html

Thank you for your help !

As far as I know he does not do metal stencils but you will not need them,
Tell him what you want and he will provide you with top quality stencils and trust me if they were any cheaper he would be paying you :haha:
If you have no particular numbers in mind then leave it to RAD to do the business for you.
Top man and just plain nice as well :thumbup:

Thank you very much, that's look what I need, I now have to find the serial number I want, I can probably do the artwork too under a vectorized format like .AI and he could cut them with his plotter. I'm going to contact him to see how long it would take to get them done and shippest (it seems very fast from what I've read ;)).

Thanks again for the advice !

Stencilit used some at least two decades ago to make British and US pe stencils both in 1/35 and 1/16 scale.
The latters being pretty hard to find and seriously pricey for what I could afford at these early times.
Fortunately, I was lucky enough to buy them all when I saw them for the last time.

Nice, can't find anything about 1/16 Stencilit on the web, only 1/76, 1/72 and I/35 stuff.

Dear Jarndice, as always, thank you very much for your kind words. :{

MonsieurTox: I indeed make stencils in 1:16 scale, but not with photo etched brass. You can see what I do here: https://radindustries.wordpress.com/201 ... /stencils/ Hope it helps!

MonsieurTox: I highly recommend Rad's stencils. (What is more, I would not be surprised if he writes French, too. Right, Rad? Haben Sie auch französische Sprache? ;) )

For goodness sake isn't it enough that Rad is already fluent in English/Spanish and German and now he is expected to be conversant in French :crazy: :lolno:
