Time was that I wondered how far into King Williams reign I would last but Bu*ger me the nice lady is still steering the ship of state (And long may she continue doing so),
I remember when questions were raised in the press about Prince Charles dubious quality's as the next king after he was outed for drinking a glass of Cherry Brandy while still a schoolboy,
And now here we are not sure whether he will be around to assume the throne if his mum sticks around even longer than her own mother.

RIP Capt Midnight
Its always sad to hear of someone's passing especially at a young age.
I am not sure if he posted much, but maybe we can get a small gallery of models shared in this or another thread.
Do we have a remembrance hall in a thread on the forum?
Best wishes to his family

Sorry to hear that news. I didn't know him, but that is way too young to go. I guess we're all on borrowed time.

I think Will hit on a stellar idea. A "Hall of Remembrance" would be a very nice touch for past members.

Best regards,
Eric.

"I think Will hit on a stellar idea. A "Hall of Remembrance" would be a very nice touch for past members." I agree. Would it be hard to do? Would someone be stuck with hours of work?

We had this particular discussion a little while back and while the general view was positive the problem was that the programming of this site would have to be radically "Interfered" with and as the whole site incurs costs that are not passed on to you and I it would be grossly unfair for an extra financial burden to be loaded on too an already generous benefactor.

Thanks, Jarndice: that is exactly what I feared. By the way, ahem, there is a donation link for RCTW, just in case anyone has missed it: https://www.rctankwarfare.co.uk/donate/

My thoughts are the same as Jimster's.
What more can I say, very sad news. R I P Captain Midnight.
