I am in the market for a King Tiger, I have seen a used Heng Long non runner on ebay for £169 + £11 postage, I contacted the seller asking if he would be interested in a offer, I can buy a new Heng long King Tiger for £189 with free postage, my question is, what is a fair offer for a non runner?

The first one, it's only a basic plastic Heng Long.
It's used and has been messed about with. I wouldn't even pay 100.

The second one is from Tank Zone. And it's not the latest as stated, been two newer boards.

In my opinion, both risky, I'd keep looking.

Funny, I just sent Mr topper a PM of an eBay listing that's one of Haya's, and it's a quid cheaper on eBay lol.

Edit, the one I found was a lesser version. Now removed from the PM.
