TBS mini amplifier connection

Can someone please clarify to me which wires go from the tbs to the amplifier's audio input? The amp will draw 24v power straight from the batteries. Do i connect the speaker output wires to the amp's audio in?

I ve read the manual tenths of times and still dont understand. I ve read on other forums that people dont use resistors if they power their amp from an external batt. And at the manual shows speaker minus, ground and resistors for the audio input
