Hi, for the benefits of the guys checking the Show Off section, here is a mostly scratch built 1/16 RC Sd.Kfz. 165 Hummel Late Production vehicle. The build can be seen at viewtopic.php?f=23&t=30967&start=20.

The model has the following features;

- Highly modified Ludwig Nashorn plasticard base kit
- I Love Kit 15 cm sFH 18 L/30 howitzer plastic kit
- Mato Panzer III gearbox
- Clark TK-40 control board
- Taigen suspension with Asiatam, Mato, Bitskrieg and Trumpeter components
- Mato metal Panzer IV Tracks
- Howitzer servo elevation and servo full recoil using push rod, with flash and sound
- Headlight LED
- Modellino (PanzerParts.com) figures and 15cm howitzer accessories
- Various detailed metal parts from imperial-modellbau and Dioramaparts from eBay Germany.

Incredible work, complete with a Hummel Pommel! I had never seen that pommel with which the fellow at the rear whacks the shell into the breech. I do hope the loader can get out of the way fast.

Incredible model. Details and paint are really impressive.
