Oxfordshire Armoured Brigade, (RC Tanks)
https://www.facebook.com/groups/oxfords ... redbrigade
This is a Facebook group for RC Tank enthusiasts in Oxfordshire (and surrounding area). It is also for people interested in
-RC military wheeled vehicles (e.g. trucks)
-dioramas for the above vehicles to use/drive on (including terrain, buildings, static models etc.)
We do local meet ups (both indoor & outdoor), and want to build a diorama (either for the day or permanent), attend model shows, tank shows, display at local community events, promote learning and understanding of military history/technology etc. [particularly the heroism of the men of 11th Armoured Div in WWII https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/11th_Armo ... d_Kingdom) ]
Any scale of modelling is welcome (including 1/72, 1/30, 1/24, 1/16, 1/6), and entry level (AKA 'toy grade') is welcome right up to the top of 'hobby grade'.
It is hoped that this group may grow into a new geographical tank club in the fullness of time
