Hello fellow forum dwellers

February will see the first ever Tank Of The Month tankless.
All we want to see is Trucks.
It doesn't matter what they started life as, a cheap Heng Long truck, to an expensive kit, they could have started out as a pile of plasticard or scrap from your recycle bin, it matters not. What matters is that they look like a MILITARY TRUCK of some kind, and they are Radio Controlled.
A truck that started life as a truck and was turned into something non truck like is not a truck anymore.

Usual TOTM rules apply, which means last months winner is sadly excluded. And just like past winning Tiger1's in the Tiger1 Of The Month, past winning Trucks will be excluded from this February's Truck Of The Month.

Just to add, February's TOTM is about wheels that make direct contact with the ground, so, no half tracks please

Hmmm, I think you're pulling my leg
I've done multiple searches under "military Jeep Classification," "military Jeep Definition," "smallest military Trucks," and variations on those themes, and all I get back is Light Utility Vehicle.

The Willys MB and the Ford GPW, both formally called the U.S. Army Truck, ?1?4-ton, 4×4, Command Reconnaissance, commonly known as the Willys Jeep. From Wikipedia. Remember Jeep was only a nickname for a long time.

Thank you Richard
I never noticed that wiki offering, although to be honest, I was looking for other sources that wiki would have got their information from.

I guess we'll have to allow a Jeep then ;)

It’s been called both truck and car. When I license my Jeeps I’m asked if I prefer a truck or car tag. That really helps doesn’t it?

Ahh, that's different, and it was started many years ago to get around their poor fuel economy, some modern SUV's were given truck status to get around the fact they gave truck fuel consumption when the green rules were getting stricter, and they couldn't upset car manufacturers when they donate so much money for political causes ;)
