It's great that Takom is making few brand new 1:16 kits every year. I hope for Polish tankettes someday

And this Wiesel is interesting vehicle.

Its always good to see something new but the Wiesel is probably the least exciting armored vehicle Takom could have selected. Only used by Germany, never fired a shot in anger, peacekeeping stuff at best. Yes, that TOW launcher with night vision sight and the German crew can be reused. Takon will probably issue versions with different weapons. Which tank crew would like to go to war in that ?

It’s a support vehicle for airborne troops, I used to hate having to carry the support weapons even the radio after a while was a burden remember it’s on top of your own normal kit. Probably why I liked the 3 mile run in full kit in 30 minutes max test.

Another one for RC conversion, i like the way they doing things. They are concentrating on alot of Tankettes, but i wonder what more they have in store for us
