I did the victory tour with the scouts in 1988 and we had a great day out, the only downside was that the would not let anyone take pictures on board

I wonder why they wont let you take pictures. I went there once, a very long time ago, and it was amazing! The ships of this period are incredible, and the conditions their crews worked under were barbaric, and we had the best shipboard working conditions in the world! lol
