Not open to public yet, I guess they'll wait for next anniversary. Unfortunately, weather was not that good today but from it, you can see the wreck of the Mullberries off Arromanches.

I was in Normandy this summer, still being built when I was there. Definitely somewhere to re visit next year.

It really is a nice place for such a monument and there is a lot to see around...

Arromanches is a great place to stop and explore. Lots of shops and eateries as well.

Don't forget Bayeux, there 's an old tapestry there...

and it goes on, and on, and on...
