Hi,
Continuing my construction of Tami Pershing, I have got to the antennas.
I have read they were 2 x SCD 1241 x 2 antennas, but I do not know the length of the mast. I believe they were made in 5 parts, which is certainly what my Willys jeep had. I would appreciate any answers.

If you're planning to make them yourself, then getting the actual dimensions of the original, and then scaling them down is the way to go. If not, you might consider buying a couple of these. (Link below)
I use the MK Modellbaus German aerials on my (duh..German :/ ) tanks, and I'm happy with them. :D
I've no reason to suppose their US ones won't be just as good:

Just a thought.

I’ll check with my mate that owns a Sherman. Must be similar to that.

Thank you, yes I was going to try to make them, but getting it right is difficult. Suspect a bit of poetic license, but it’s the length I don’t know. There were 2 antennas, on different frequencies I think. Whether the same length I don’t know

I often use this website for reference material. You can often download pdf's of particular models. You'll find pics of all surving M26s in one pdf. I didn't see any aerials on them at first glance, but I need some new specs. ;)
