changing Taigen V3 MFU to Clark TK60

Hello, Being as I'm very new to this I thought I would ask the question before venturing out so here goes.
I'm looking at changing out the default Taigen V3 MFU that came with my IS-2 Pro edition tank for a Clark TK60 MFU. Is it a simple case of swapping things over or do I need to buy anything else first?
Basically is the default speaker, smoker, gearbox/motors and turret setup compatible?
Sorry if it's a dumb question.

You’ll definitely need a new radio and a receiver.

Yes new radio and receiver, but the new set up can also run the V3 mfu if you decide to put it in another model.
