Maybe we should start an STL repository sticky.
I have files here.
T-90 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3226643
A T-35A in 1/16 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3064387
A Tiger 1 at 1/10 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2311840 Not 100% sure this one is complete.
These are free files but if you use them please tip the designer. These guys have done the donkey work and deserve something for that.
Another one A 1/8 scale Tiger 2 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3450004 , this one looks a bit rough but some of you guys could iron it out.
A T-92 SPG https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842500 not quite sure what this guy is about.His link. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp ... Q/viewform
Not sure if this is a full model of a Kugelblitz can someone check it https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4320338/comments
This guy is making a Tiger 2 in 1/4 scale he's only designed a few bits so far https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3519375 , https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3519279, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4213803
These 2 files courtesy of Kaczor, cheers mate.

It is rad, I’m trying to find someone who can print that t35a because our printer would only be able to do the tub in 3 parts it’s that big

Iirc the 1/16 T35-A tub is designed in 3 pieces?
When I printed it in 1/6 I had to print it in about 18 pieces.
If you print it yourself it would be a very valuable learning experience

See I don't know how to do that stuff yet but I learn a little everyday.
Someone should make a sticky where we add STL files to.
The Tiger1 STL can someone have a look at that please my good PC and Lappie are being upgraded/updated at my PC guy so I haven't had a look at it yet .

It is hard to find good quality stl files. But although it may be hard, I can understand why and in a way, I think I like it that way.

I think alot of people dont understand the level of work that goes into producing a high quality 3d cad model.

If quality stl files were freely available it would take away from those who are building top quality models. There's delicate balance for sure.

I do get very annoyed at people however who over value their work, there are some who feel you need to pay hundreds to massage their ego.

Having a depository of items is however pretty cool, but i would say we need to make this area locked off to non members. If it is already like that then brilliant.
Good luck with keeping the list going

Yea mos def WillO 100% my thoughts on all fronts.
The amount of work that these designers/makers(?) go through is phenomenal.
Some of those file obviously need work , that's where the skill base of the members here comes in to improve free source STL's.
The amount of work in my 1/48 scale Flower class Corvette from Bensworks is mental, he charged $50 USD with a comprehensive manual and I think that was very fair if not a bit too cheap.
A couple of those files pay as you go and I hope I haven't broken any site rules here.
I think it is locked out to non members but not sure .Before I joined I don't think I could see that stuff, not sure, anyone know a tech moderator ?
Cheers mate.

If you log off, and try to enter the whole 3D section, you can't, you have to be logged on, and therefore a forum member to see this.

The only drawback, is anyone can join to purely take a look for these types of files for their own, or someone else's financial gain.
There's no way to stop that unless people only share privately with well known forum members they feel are worthy ;)
