TARR with Voltage regulator

Little easy and cheap modification to Tarr which allows adjustable voltage increase to heating element keeping
fan at normal level. (DZS Elec XL6009 DC-DC Booster Regulator Module Input 3-32V to Output 5-35V Instead of LM2577 with Digital Tube Display Step-up Module; about $10 but I am sure there are a few cheaper options too.)
